Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need public liability insurance?
Yes, all stallholders should carry their own insurance. Community organisations without insurance are encouraged to contact us to see if you can be covered by our insurance.
Can I sell food?
Food stalls are limited due to our proximity to the shops. Hot food/lunch foods are limited to community organisations fundraising for their projects. Food sellers must comply with Shoalhaven Council health regulations. Let us know what food you intend to sell, and we’ll follow up with any specific requirements.
Can I share a stall with a friend or group?
Yes! Please mention this in the form so we can arrange your space accordingly.
Is there a Youth Zone?
Yes — if your group works with or supports young people, indicate that you’d like a Youth Zone site.
