Celebrate Neighbour Day with a Free BBQ at Clifton Park!

Neighbour Day

Each year, Australians come together to celebrate Neighbour Day, a national initiative aimed at strengthening community ties and fostering a sense of belonging. In 2025, the theme “Create, Share, Grow Belonging” encourages us all to connect with those around us, build friendships, and create stronger, more inclusive neighbourhoods.

To mark this special occasion, Sanctuary Point Community Pride is hosting a free community BBQ at Clifton Park, Sanctuary Point, on Sunday, 30 March 2025, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, enjoy great food, and soak in the friendly atmosphere of our wonderful community.

What’s Happening on the Day?

  • Free Sausage Sizzle – Enjoy a classic Aussie BBQ on us!
  • Live Music – Talented local performers will provide entertainment throughout the event.
  • Family-Friendly Fun – Clifton Park features a playground, bike riding paths, and open spaces for kids to play.

Seating is available, but we encourage you to bring your own chair as we expect a great turnout.
